Apple Festival update for 2025

The Greater Tehachapi Chamber of Commerce has announced the suspension of the 2025 Tehachapi Apple Festival due to a significant increase in the event’s budget and lack of resources required to host the event. 

The Apple Festival, a beloved community event celebrating Tehachapi’s rich agricultural heritage, has been a staple for local businesses, vendors, and residents. However, the unexpected financial burden has made it unfeasible for the Chamber to proceed with this year’s event. 

"While we deeply regret this decision, the additional resources needed to host this event make it impossible for us to continue the festival in a financially responsible manner this year," said a Chamber spokesperson. "We understand the disappointment this may cause to our community, vendors, and visitors, and we remain committed to exploring alternative solutions for future events." 

The Chamber encourages community members and business owners to stay engaged.
